Step 1

1. Access the VPN Portal

Open your web browser and navigate to:

 https://gcpvpn.ccq.edu.qa/   and Enter the Username and Password

2. Download the GlobalProtect Agent

• After accessing the portal, click on the "Download Windows 64 bit GlobalProtect Agent" link.

3. Run the Installer

• Locate the downloaded installer (typically in your Downloads folder).
• Double-click the installer .msi file to start the installation.

4. Install Global Protect

• Follow the installation wizard:
  • Click Next
  • 
  • Click Next 
  • 

• Click Next

• Wait for the installation to complete, then click Close

5. Launch Global Protect

• After installation, Global Protect will launch automatically.
• If not, you can open it from Quick Launch bar:
           "Global Protect" and click the icon

6. Enter the VPN Portal Address

• In the GlobalProtect window, type the portal address: gcpvpn.ccq.edu.qa
• Click Connect

7. Authenticate

• Enter your CCQ credentials when prompted.
• Click Connect.
